Cesar is a founder and Chief Executive Officer at C & C Engineering, where he drives the company’s short and long term strategy. He oversees the day to day operations, manages the field crews and ongoing projects and maintains client and vendor relationships. Cesar brings over 12 years of industry experience to C & C Engineering, having formerly served as a project manager for a mid-size agricultural construction company.

Christine is a founder and Chief Financial Officer at C & C Engineering, where she manages the firm’s financial planning, record-keeping, financial reporting and mitigation of financial risks. She also oversees the firms legal, human resources, marketing and safety compliance functions. She has a strong background in agribusiness finance from her prior work as a Commercial Loan Officer at River City Bank. Christine obtained a Masters in Business Administration from UC Davis in 2018 and a Bachelors in Finance from CSU Sacramento in 2010.

Juan oversees and directs all project phases, including managing the field crews, planning and scheduling resources and materials, communicating status reports and ensuring timely project completion while adhering to budgetary constraints. Juan brings over 10 years of industry experience to C & C Engineering.

Felix is our in-house CAD Designer, with industry specific knowledge for project design and layout. He also serves as project manager, including managing the field crew, planning and scheduling resources and materials and ensuring timely project completion. Felix brings over 10 years of industry experience to C & C Engineering.

Tyler oversees human resources compliance at C & C Engineering, administering the new hire processes and training programs, managing the compensation and benefit packages, and maintaining labor and employee relations. Tyler also serves as the in-house safety representative, managing C & C Engineering’s OSHA compliance programs, training, certifications and inspections.

Maryanne Manjarrez is an experienced bookkeeper at C&C Engineering. Her responsibilities include maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payroll, and daily financial entries and  reconciliations. She brings with her over 8 years of experience, having worked previously for a large accounting firm. Maryanne obtained a Bachelor's Degree in 2009 from the University of Phoenix.

Eduardo Hernandez serves as the construction coordinator at C & C Engineering. His responsibility is to work side by side with the project managers to arrange inspections, order parts and materials, and secure heavy equipment needed for upcoming projects. He also maintains an extensive metal and parts inventory and oversees the equipment and fleet maintenance programs.
